In the near future we are developing the outdoor area surrounding the Club. We are going to develop an outdoor sports complex. Features will include Beach Volleyball, Basketball courts and much more. We will provide more information as things develop.

 

 
Gold's Gym Mckenzie features a state of the art Personal Training Studio. This feature is exclusive to our personal training clientele. The studio is an area for complete one on one training between our trainers and their clients. The studio will feature free-motion machines and the best state of the art equipment available to ensure the results of our personal training clients.




Child Care Our Childcare is FUN PLAY area designed for infants to school-aged children. We provide a safe, play based, nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social and creative interaction between your children. While your breaking a sweat, your children are watching movies, playing with toys, creating crafts, or interacting with other children. This service is provided for members and guests of Gold's Gym Mckenzie at a very reasonable cost. Our childcare hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m.,Saturday 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. Your child is more then welcome to stay for a maximum of 3 hours and we have drop in rates or monthly passes. If you have ever felt the lack of motivation or constantly look at the clock while doing your cardio workout, Gold's Gym Mckenzie has found the solution for you! Within your state of the art cardio machines including bikes, treadmills and ellipticals, find your own personal TV entertainment system where you can watch all your cable channels while you work out! All you have to do is bring your own headphones and you can now watch your favorite television program while still shedding those pounds!
We feature a 25 meter (half Olympic pool) The pool is available to all members all the time. The pool will be used primarily for lane swimming and our amazing water aerobics classes.
What better way to unwind and relax after a tough workout. Reward yourself by relaxing in our 10 thousand liter Hot tub or enjoy our state of the art Sauna and Seam room.
