A) Company Purchase

• Company purchases memberships for its employees. benefits to employers are:

• c. Great recruiting tool
• d. Lowers employee turnover
• e. Reduces absentee and disability time

B) Payroll Deduct

• Health and Wellness Benfits Package
• a. Rate is negotiated based on number of employees and percentage expected to enroll.
• b. Company deducts membership cost from participating employee paycheques.
• c. Ability for the company to subsidize a portion of this membership.

C) Group Rate Program

• Group rate negotiated based on a minimum level of employee participation.
• a. Limited enrollment window which is flexible for new hires.
• b. Revert to regular gym pricing if minimum number of memberships are not met.
• c. At this time, the employee is fully responsible for paying membership fees and dues.
• OPTION A: Consists of the company purchasing a certain number of memberships at cost effective discounted pricing and receives COMPLIMENTARY memberships based on total number of participants.
• OPTION B: Consists of the company paying a portion and the employee paying a portion holding them accountable to use and providing them a great affordable rate.
• OPTION C: Consists of a group rate offered only for a limited time and is based on a minimum amount of participants.
